We use your contact information to send you information about our events such as where and when to attend, information on content, speakers, sponsors and other event related information. We may also use this information to inform you about upcoming events. We do not use your contact information for any other purposes.

We do not store or collect credit card data. All payment transactions for tickets and sponsorships are processed through our trusted third-party partners. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for details on their data handling practices.

When attending live events, your badge may include a QR code with contact information. Please see these terms regarding privacy at our live in-person events:

Conference Badge QR Code: Your conference badge may include a QR code containing Vcard information with contact data, including but not limited to your name, company, title, email, and phone number (collectively, “Contact Information”). This QR code is provided to facilitate networking and communication among attendees and sponsors.

Sharing of Contact Information: You may, at your discretion, allow another person to scan the QR code on your badge. By doing so, you are granting that person explicit permission to copy and use your Contact Information to contact you. You acknowledge and agree that such sharing is at your own risk, and you are responsible for any interactions or relationships that may arise from sharing your Contact Information.

Compliance with Privacy Laws: You understand that the sharing of Contact Information through the QR code must be in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You represent and warrant that you will only share your Contact Information in accordance with such laws and that you will obtain any necessary consents or permissions as may be required.

Liability: The conference organizers are not responsible for any unauthorized scanning or misuse of your Contact Information. You are solely responsible for controlling access to your conference badge and the QR code contained therein.

Opt-Out: If you prefer not to have your Contact Information included in the QR code on your conference badge, please notify us at registration@aiconference.com at least 10 days prior to the conference, and we will make the necessary arrangements.

We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this policy to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
