Nick spent time both in-house and in big law, handling sensitive technical matters for clients across the Fortune 500. Before his legal practice, he worked at SpaceX, McKinsey & Company, and served as a Marine Corps Officer.
Nick earned a JD cum laude from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and two BS degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also served as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of USA Weightlifting during the lead-up to both the Tokyo and Paris Games.
