At Microsoft, Annie leads a global team committed to helping current and future customers discover, engage, and build with AI capabilities on Microsoft’s Cloud. Annie oversees key products within Azure including the Azure Portal, Mobile, Clients, and Copilot experiences, where she is responsible for providing a unified end-to-end experience that helps customers create transformative AI-driven solutions. Additionally, she is responsible for developing an ecosystem that supports startups, students, and developers building on Azure through products like Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub and Microsoft Learn, along with dynamic developer and skilling communities. Under her guidance, Annie's team delivers a holistic customer experience from comprehensive Azure onboarding to sustained expert guidance, skill development, and community support to ensure sustained innovation and growth on the Microsoft Cloud.

Annie has over 15 years of tech leadership experience across startups and established enterprises. Before joining Microsoft, she served as the Chief Product Officer at Calendly, where she led the product strategy and execution that rapidly propelled and established the platform as a market leader. As Chief Product Officer at Glassdoor, she shaped the product vision for millions of job seekers and employers around the world. Annie led Enterprise product teams at Box and significantly contributed to the company’s growth during its pre- and post-IPO phases. She started her career in tech as a founding member and VP of Product at Xpert Financial, an early-stage financial services startup. She also has experience as a lawyer and management consultant before making her mark in the tech industry.
